Charitable endowments

The endowment of a person’s property or part of it for God is essentially a charitable act and its purpose is one of the most lofty and rewarding purposes, but it is not without disputes in which litigation is required to organize and manage the endowment, and therefore we provide our clients with the following services:
• Drafting endowment documents and establishing, registering and verifying endowment entities and companies.
• Registering the public, private and joint endowment, verifying it, and hearing its acknowledgment.
• Supervision of the endowment’s yields and income and its management.
• Preparing and following up the reports required to be submitted officially to the competent authorities with regard to endowments.
• Submitting requests to return the endowment to the beneficiaries and confirming the beneficiary heirs.
• Cases of disorganization of the administrators in the distribution of endowment yields, as well as the objection of the heirs to the division and distribution.
• Evidence of the completed endowment or the post-mortem endowment and before it, and the filing of an endowment overseer.
