Executing judgments and collecting financial claims for companies and banks

The implementation of judgments and executive bonds is the last and desired fruit that ultimately deserves for everyone who has obtained a final judgment in his favor or who has obtained an executive document that proves his rights and the validity of his claims, such as the electronic lease contract or reconciliation documented on a conciliation platform, as well as the promissory note or check. Execution includes the following services:
• Filing execution lawsuits before the competent authorities and managing the collection of financial claims and execution of commercial papers.
• Submitting execution requests, following up on their procedures, and implementing Resolution No. (34) obliging the defendant to execute and pay, and implementing Resolution No. (46) to stop services and prevent travel.
• Submitting enforcement disputes and legal defenses to suspend or cancel execution.
• Supervising the implementation of the eviction provisions of the property, and following up the work procedures of the execution officers.
• Supervising the collection of financial amounts, auction sales procedures, and recovery or return of surplus amounts for sales.
